The dress was clean within a week. It came back in box displayed for us to view the dress.

It really was as easy as they stated- fill out the paperwork, box the dress, tape the box, ship It! They do the rest of the work. You receive an email stating your dress was received, and another email stating they've completed it and are shipping it back to you. I even received a confirmation of UPS of delivery to my home!
