My gown was very dirty due to my wedding being outside. I sent my gown off and they cleaned and packaged it very quickly. I received my gown back in about a week, gorgeously displayed inn a biopic with my new married name on the front. I would definitely recommend their services.

Quick shipment back to me and it is in what looks to be in great shape. You can't really see since it is boxed up. It may be nice if the company sent back photos of after, but no negative feedback. :) Thanks for a great experience!
