My gown was packaged beautifully, and the service was SO FAST. It was finished and back to me before I knew it. I am very pleased with the service I received.
The process from beginning to end was great. The only complaint was on one of the dresses (we sent two, same time). One has a floral strap that comes across the chest and the flowers were not quite place flat so a little awkward looking. We would have straightened them out but the paperwork said not to open the box so it stays sealed and protected.
It was a wonderful experience! It was a very easy process and they were so fast! My sisters gown looked fantastic!
I had been wanting to preserve my wedding dress since I got married in 2013, but couldn't afford to do it at full price through Davids Bridal. So I waited until the preservation kit went on sale on their website for $99.99. The kit arrived in the mail about a week later. The instructions were very easy to follow and very detailed. I loved that I received notifications when my dress arrived and was shipped back to me. The final presentation of the dress is beautiful. I can't believe how quickly the process was.
I waited 6 years to preserve my gown. So glad they were able to get it back to its original color. It was quick, simple & they communicated where my gown was every part in the process from shipping to cleaning to returning it back to me!
