My experience was fantastic. My dress arrived in a beautiful box and looked absolutely stunning! My dress and veil were included. Fantastic job!
My dress came back even more beautiful than I expected. It took my breath away.
Turn around time was great. And I liked being kept in the loop with emails whenever you received my dress, mailed my dress back, etc. I can't attest to the cleanliness of my dress because the back and the train were the dirtiest parts and I can't see those spots since it's preserved in a box and it's not recommended to break the seal. But overall I am pleased with your customer service and quick turn around time.
The process was easy and very convienient, however the wedding date on my box was not correct. Everything else was perfect.
The dress was clean within a week. It came back in box displayed for us to view the dress.
