Glad to have my dress back!! The turn around time was very fast! Few things I wish were different : I think that the boxes should be a different color and should not be so plain. When my dress was put in the box it's uneven so it's fluffier on one side. 😞 Otherwise I'm just glad it's back home.
My dress was beautiful. The display was organized and exactly how I would want it.
They were very quick (drop off to delivery was 10 days)! However I am very disappointed in the plain grey box compared to what they showed in their pictures. I bought the upgraded package, and was expecting a nice black box to contrast the white dress. Also, the receipt is on the back of the box, inside the seal, showing the price (this is a gift for my wife for our anniversary, and I make sure to never let her know how much I spend on gifts.). The dress itself looks great though.
My dress looks beautiful stores in the box. I have it in my closet and can see it everyday! Love it!

I did not buy my wedding dress at David's Bridal- but having it sent out and preserved from there was so easy. I just brought it in a few weeks after my wedding, gave them my address and they took care of the rest. My dress looks absolutely beautiful and preserved nicely in the package. I like how it is shown through the box so I can still see my dress without having it all boxed up. It came a lot sooner than anticipated which was nice to have it so soon!

the cleaning was great but the presentation was not what i thought it was going to be. i payed almost $200 for cleaning and the box was just a plain white box. Nothing like what they showed
