My dress came back in excellent condition, beautifully displayed and in a timely manner
The first time I received my dress, I was actually pretty disappointed. There were issues with the packaging and it was not at all what I was expecting. I gave them 5 stars because they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the issue and assure me that they would make things right. They were quick to address the issues, apologetic and very accomodating. Sent me a prepaid label to ship it back and starting working on it the day they received it. Very impressive customer service. Would def recommend
The turn around was so quick, and I appreciated all the updates! My dress looks beautiful! I was so nervous just dropping it in the mail, but I'm glad I did!

I had a positive experience with the gown preservation. I bought it at David's bridal and turned it in. They packaged it up and sent it out for me. I got an email when they received my dress, when it was finished, when it shipped, and a tracking number. The service was very fast I think it only took 3 weeks.

It was such a simple and secure process! I was so worried something would happen to my beautiful dress but from the moment they received it they kept me informed the entire time until it was being shipped back. Of course my dress looks beautiful!!! Worth every penny!
