Very easy and painless experience. Instructions were easy to follow, couldn't have been more simple. When I got my dress it was arranged/preserved beautifully. Very glad that I purchased this service.

My dress was placed beautifully in the preservation box however the shipping box was partially damaged in spots upon arrival which also caused a few "crushed" spots in my dress box. This upset me due to the fact of how much money originally to Davids Bridal and then any additional money paid for the other options located on the paperwork. The quality of the dress looked nicely done. I like that they included a certificate on the back.
I received my gown less than 5 business days. PERFECT!!!
I sent my dress out right after my wedding and I was surprised how quickly it was shipped back! It was at my house when I got back from my honeymoon. When I opened the box I loved how they displayed my dress with my veil and belt. Thank you!!
