The dress looks great! Not sure how the cleaning of the gown looked because it is wrapped up and says for better protection, do not break the seal. However, it looks beautifully done in the box and I like how you can see through the front of the box. I also paid the $20.00 extra to include the veil and also papa to have the box monogrammed. This is my daughter's gown and we did this for her. She loves it! Thanks again!
It was easy and fairly quick. I didn't have to drive to a store. And the blue frosting from my husband feeding me cake is gone.
My gown came back beautifully! The only tiny thing I would wish was that my emerald green corset ribbon was somehow displayed around the gown. Thank you so much for a beautiful job well done! Definitely recommend!!

The box was checked as good for quality of it being cleaned. If not satifisted you can send it back. Why not just clean it again to avoid the hassle.
Sent in the dress and vail. And, it came back quick all nice and pretty. I am happy how it turned out.
