Gown came back really fast in a nice box wrapped up. They said it would take a month to return but it was less then a month. Very impressed with the service.

Everything was great my dress and the sgipping was really fast
I had no problems sending my dress and there were no delays. It actually was returned a little quicker than expected. From what I can see, the dress is cleaned and intact (no beads missing or loose). My dress was arranged perfectly.
It was rather nice. The only issue I had was that it felt a little odd to push my dress into a thin plastic bag and ziptie it together. I prefer it to just leaving it in the box it just felt weird to me.
When I got my dress back initally it was off centered and bunched up but i email you guys and you got back right away and i got my dress back and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you for your excellent and timely customer service.
I recieved my dress back preserved with a misspelling. The manager called me back and offered to make it right by promtly sending me new shipping labels and redoing my gown. Everything was done in a timely matter and i was notified when my dress arrived to their location as well as when it was shipped out again.
