My gown came back perfect! I would recommend everyone go with the gown preservation.
They weren't able to entirely repair my dress which had suffered some wear and tear after a long, rainy day, but they were honest and my dress came back in a nice neat box.
I bought my kit through Davids Bridal and when I sent in my dress I was so nervous and scared that I wouldn't get my dress back or that it would be destroyed or altered. I actually got it back faster than I thought I would, beautifully packaged and cleaned. I'm so glad I did it and so happy with how my dress sits in my room where I can see it everyday!
