My dress looks amazing, 💗
I purchased the package for $99 which included the restoration of the gown, shipping labels, shipping box and tape when I bought my daughter her wedding dress.. It took less than 2 weeks from the time I shipped the gown and I received the restored gown. The gown came perfectly packaged. The gown came in a box with a clear front so you can see the bodice to the waist of the gown. The box was wrapped tightly in plastic. This box was inside a larger box for better shipping. very fast service and great communication as to when the dress will be returned and what is happening. My only complaint is that the box is very plain and not really what the packaging would make you expect. I expected a "pretty box" not just a cardboard box with typing on it. The advertising for it and the initial packaging make it appear to be a very pretty silver colored somewhat decorated box.
Loved the experience. Got my gown back pretty fast and it was beautiful. The only down part was that it was hard to see the veil that was inside with the dress. Everything else was beautifully
My dress looks beautifully preserved! Very fast service! The only thing negative is the preglued tape to use to ship out the dress needed to be retaped because it did not stay. Other than that, I am very pleased with all services!

I received my dress in the memory box with my name misspelled. I completed a review noting the error. Within 1 day, I received a call - then received a prepaid return label and the name was corrected without additional cost. It is rare that a company takes such steps to please the customer. I would definitely recommend you to everyone!!! Thank you for preserving my memory and making it possible to hand down my precious dress.
