Pickup on time
Overall, it was a very positive experience. I primarily chose your service because of the Sunday hours. My clothes were clean and ready as promised. Your communication to that effect was very appreciated. The only slight problem I had was that it was very busy when I picked up on Monday evening around 6pm. As a result, your staff was stretched thin and there appeared to be some fatigue setting in with the staff. However, everyone was courteous and as prompt as allowed by the demands of the busy at the time.
Medlin-Davis Cleaners did an incredible job on my last dry cleaning service, and also the tailoring work on my suit. Thank you so much!
