Laundry shirts were not ironed completely.
The service was great and my tux looked great. One thing to improve is you messed up the pressing on my tuxedo shirt collars, it was a quick fix at home, but wasn't what I was hoping to do.
Cleaning was great - was not thrilled with the young lady smacking her gum as she asked me if I had been helped yet.
