very easy - lined up as planned - very simple
on time - as expected - excellent communication
Good experience with pick up and delivery. I do have a complaint, however, about the pressing of some of my white shirts. There have been more instances where the collars are not pressed well or the shirts are dull and dingy even though they are relatively new shirts.
Great service, we are an early pick up. Sometimes too early because we miss him because he can come around 7:15 and we are still waking up the house:) Our only thing we don't like and it's not a service issue is the men's shirts hang what we consider backwards and it goes against all the other clothes hung in the closet so it looks real messy.
I have been a customer of Medlin Davis for several decades, and have always found the service very professional. Contacts with employees have been helpful and friendly, as well. It is great to have the home delivery option! Tim is dependable...and does a great job!
Usually I have no problem with delivery, but the time before last one item was not delivered and no one contacted me at all. I had to call when I suddenly realized my blouse was missing. It was found and delivered this week after the call. On cleaning issues, generally they do a good job and are careful. Sweaters are carefully bagged on hangers, for example. One complaint is that dry cleaned silk shirts come out too stiff, possibly because of way they are pressed.
The delivery and pick-up is so convenient. I love the pleasure of having my cleaning right at my front door.
I have been using Medlin Davis cleaners for a few months. Never ever has our clothes looked this impeccable. The detail in their work is like nothing we have ever experienced. Tim does delivery and pick up and he's very personable. We send our clothes for alterations when needed. I very highly recommend you try Medlin Davis. Impeccable detail work.
