Hi Medilin-Davis, We've used Medlin-Davis for many years now and will continue to do so -- we enjoy and appreciate the service -- these are just some possible areas for improvement/constructive criticism: * We have a hard time reconciling our bills with what was actually cleaned. This results in 'sticker shock' where once every few months or so we're surprised by the size of the bill and say something like 'we should look around for a less expensive cleaner, we're probably paying a premium for being in Cameron Village/etc.... read more

Wonderful service, as always! All items turned out great! Besides receiving lovely, clean items, the staff at Medlin-Davis are always so nice and so helpful which makes a visit even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for your service. Note: I have used Medlin-Davis for quilts that were hand-made by my great grandmother (I am almost 70 years old myself, so you can imagine how fragile they were.), and they all turned out wonderfully. Upon arriving to pick up my cleaning and alterations, the cashier (don't remember her name but she had red hair arranged in a bun on top of her head) verified in the computer the location of the clothes. She informed me that the computer was showing that the alterations were being pressed and not quite ready. But she volunteered to physically check. Based on past experiences, I knew that Medlin & Davis would handle my comforter with professional care and concern. Delighted was my first reaction when I found that it had a much more pleasant, faint odor than dry cleaning of old. Being a Raleigh native, born and bred, I have been familiar with Medlin & Davis for years. Your attitude toward your customers is reminiscent of the general attitude prevailing in Raleigh businesses of earlier times. Thank you for your excellent policy toward your customer.
