I dropped off a lace dress & a shirt two weeks ago. I came back to pick it my order - all was well except the lace around the neck, shoulders and cuffs of the dress was not ironed down. The lace was flipped up and curled. I pointed it out and the nice woman said it would be no problem to iron the dress at no charge (I had already paid in full for the order). She made a note of the issue. I received an email saying my order was ready and went back today (Sunday) to pick it up. The dress had the same issue. The lace had not ... read more
It was great service by the two young gentleman on both drop off and delivery. Pants look amazing considering the circumstances.

Great service at drop-off. Mediocre service at picku-up. Too expensive for the shirts and pants I had cleaned.

This is great!! One less errand for us! The communication is excellent and the staff is great!! And...my husband's shirts and pants are clean, pressed and look great!
