I dropped off a lace dress & a shirt two weeks ago. I came back to pick it my order - all was well except the lace around the neck, shoulders and cuffs of the dress was not ironed down. The lace was flipped up and curled. I pointed it out and the nice woman said it would be no problem to iron the dress at no charge (I had already paid in full for the order). Great service at drop-off. Mediocre service at picku-up. Too expensive for the shirts and pants I had cleaned.
