Great service
I am happy with my results and service. Madison does a great job staying on top of my account.
Not very good. I expected dry cleaners to be ready . I had to wait xtra 10 to 15 min. Pants very not pressed and I was told they were cleaned which I find hard to believe. I went out door paying $15 plus was not asked if I was military to get discount. Poor customer service. Sorry
They were friendly, helpful, quick to get my items. They were professional and my items were excellently cleaned, I would recommend them to anyone who wants a outstanding company to do business with, Very satisfied customer, Emil.
I had to re-iron my shirt when I got home. It was kind of pressed so it wasn’t wrinkled but it wasn’t a good iron so the fabric was flat. The ruffle on one arm was going the wrong direction and again it wasn’t pressed well. The neck ruffle was pressed crooked so when buttoned it was flipped weird in one spot. I would never complain but I sadly would not ever come back, did better job at home and for over 8 dollars, not worth it.
