Top Notch cleaners that go above and beyond. These guys are very honest, hard-working professionals who know dry cleaning. We use them for all our office cleaning as well as my personal items. I highly recommend these guys. They are the best in the state!!!

Ruined my silk by washing it. Told them to dry clean. Then added insult to injury by saying it would takea couple more days to press it. I guess they went to the circus and had the elephant sit on it for the pressing. Terrible experience and will not recommecd them to anyone.

Over all the experience is good. I have been using this business fot many years and I have noticed that the level of customer service is not as good. Buttons are not replaced if missing, lost clothing, wrong clothing given at pick up. Attention to details can make it break a company.
First thing is it took me about a month to get my clothes back. When they return them there was only the suit jacket and a few ties and they'd misplaced the pair of pants and four ties. I had to place a call to get them to find the rest of my laundry. I feel like the price is way inflated on cleaning ties, I don't understand why it costs almost $6 to a tie and $9 to a jacket. Horriable customer service. After they resoiled my bedspread finding out when I went to pick it up, they said they would redo it, (said I should be thankful they told me) they would redo it and deliver the next day. WHICH THEY DID NOT. I went to get it, they told me I was rude and not to return. My daughter who is 31 and I were flabbergasted by owner's response and lack of professionalism. My Army dress blue uniform was ready when they said it would be and it was done right which isn't as easy as you would think.
One of the shirts was to be restitched at the neck, it was not yet I was charged for it
