Blouse wasn’t ironed properly, first time I have had this problem. Also man putting clean clothes in back seat of my car insisted I roll down back window so he could stuff clothes through it to hang on hook. Have never seen this before
We are very pleased with our dry cleaner! Their pick up & delivery is so nice! We won’t go anywhere else!!

Of course, I wished there would be no evidence left on my coat, I am really happy. It was explained to me the issues with wool so I am happy that it is better than what It could have been. Thank you for doing the best you could and it is very satisfactory considering a much worse scenario! :)
