I usually don't put in reviews but needed to say that I was impressed with Michael, the owner, handling of an unfortunate outcome. My king size duvet cover after cleaning had shrunk over 4 inches in width. It no longer fits my king size bed. Michael reimbursed me the cost of a new duvet cover. I appreciate how pleasant and professional he was in responding to this issue.
