Looks like you lost my clothes for the third time, two batches this time. How disorganized can one company be? I want my clothes back you've had them over two weeks. I feel sorry for the poor staff that have to be there each day to cover for the poor organization.
Lost my clothes for over a week for the third time. How disorganized can one company be? It was so much better when it was The Green Shirt. This is just too often to be an accident or oversight.

We invest in our clothes, so we’re cautious about where we take them to be cleaned. Always get my clothing back in great condition. A couple items were misplaced, first time in 10 years. Brad the owner was on it immediately, offering his personal cell number and to cover the items if not found without us having to ask. Our sweaters were found within 24 hours. He understands great customer service.
i dropped my drycleaning off on 12/15. Was told it would be ready by 12/18. Called on 12/20 - still not ready. Finally got a text on 12/21 that it was ready but when I went to pick it up on 12/22, several pieces were still not in. Very disappointed. Also, as a new customer, was not given a bag for future deliveries, also disappointing.
The staff is always friendly and helpful! The service is great and the prices are fair. I will keep coming back!

the woman onsite was very kind and helpful. The price was a bit high, which is why i only gave you 3 starts.
