Ridiculously pricey for one item and no place to park. What a joke! And not a funny one!

Hello Ms. Jones, Sorry your dress cleaning was more than expected. We have not changed the price on that item in over three years and we test our price points regularly and find that with our competitors, we are the most reasonable. As for the parking - we are the only business in the center with two reserved parking spaces for customers and a 1 limited curb parking space directly in front. We can't control if someone hijacks our spaces at times.

Way too expensive for dry cleaning. Almost $4 per shirt is highway robbery.
Too much detergent. Smell is so strong to the point where I need to take my clothes back again to get the detergent’s smell out. I could not wear the clothes because of how strong the smell of the detergent is, unbearable.

I am so fortunate that my favorite dry cleaning service is a block away from my house! Customer Care Representatives Eleanor & Carson make each visit a friendly & efficient experience & the quality of cleaning is superior. The fact that Martinizing is also a “greener cleaner” makes it #1 for me. They are also “pet friendly” & my rambunctious Jack Russell Terrier insists on at least twice-weekly visits. I highly recommend Martinizing Dry Cleaners.
The staff is excellent! Issues were I never received a call that my boots were ready and came in to check and they were there . It took 3 weeks to get new heels put on. My fault I didn’t ask price but it cost $44 to re-heel a $30 pair of booties.
