Love you guys and used you for 4 years, but recently lost my favorite work pants and no recourse. Entry person did not account for all pieces and i am sure if was in the bag (pants were why I went to cleaners). So bummed :(

Our jackets were supposedto be ready by a specific date. I went to pick them up and was told they kept one of them for further cleaning. I believe the woman I spoke with was a manager and she apologized profusely. This would have been enough but when I arrived to pick them up, there wasa younger girl with long dark hair working behind the counter. She seemed annoyed that I was there PAYING her and was on her cell phone talking to a friend during our entire interaction. NEVER will I be back. Worst customer service EVER!

I feel the need to review this place on every site because we had a terrible experience. Unless they can reimburse us for the new pants we had to buy I don’t see how this place could redeem itself. Will never go here again and I hope others know that if you need your clothes back GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Friendly staff. Quick turn around. Wasn’t impressed with final product. Item was clean but wrinkled. Hat to steam both sport coats at home. May try again not sure.
