This place is unbelievable. They lost business shirts and have made zero attempts at making it right. I’ve called three times and stopped by twice regarding my shirts. The manager has yet to return a call. To make matters worse I keep getting these emails stating that they have my clothes and since they’ve had them so long they are going to destroy them. Unbelievable! No resolution and from this end it looks like zero attempts to correct the situation.
The service was great but was incredibly expensive. I moved here from a larger city and higher poplualted neighborhood and received the same service for much less cost. I will likely come back but will be exploring other dry cleaners that are less expensive.
The gal who was on site both at pick up and drop off was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
