The new owner is going above and beyond for his customers. I was so impressed with the new renovations. I have to be honest it is important to me for the place cleaning my clothes ti also be clean. It is spotless and updated and you know this follows with the focus of their business…. Cleaning my clothes…. They are very eager to please and care about their customers.
I needed alternatives on my pants to a suit. Bought it there on Monday tge guy told me that lady would have it done by Thursday because I leaving Friday morning. I called each day not done yet. He finally called me and told me she wouldn't have them done in time. So upset 😡! If I would've known this was going to happen I would have went to Avondale. I don't ever want to go back to this ever again for anything. Terrible service never promise what you cannot do.
Sent in a expensive shorts that have stains set in after cleaning that will not come out now because they were sent in. We have sent in multiple dry, clean items that have been shrunk, stained, and poorly cleaned. Would highly recommend not going to those dry cleaners!

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. They can't starch jeans, either too much or not enough, but this last experience is the end for me. I took in a brand new Tommy Bahama 100% silk shirt, brand new $130 shirt. I asked them for soft press, and I asked if they can dry clean these shirts. They said Yes, they could. I picked it up today, stains all up and down the front from the buttons, and they starched a silk shirt, it's ruined. They may be eco friendly, but they're not nice shirt friendly.
