Fantastic place. I love it
Carrie is very unprofessional! I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. She spoke very rudely and didn’t seem happy working at the facility.
Terrible!! I dropped off two suits to be cleaned and pressed. Upon picking up the suits, both suits were missing pants which at the time we did not know. Several months later when packing for a wedding, we discovered the pants were missing. Lapels could not find the pants and refused to reimburse me for purchasing replacement pants.
New to the neighborhood. I had a king down comforter that needed cleaning so I thought I might give Lapel’s a try since it was right around the corner. BIG disappointment! The ticket showed a two week turnaround but it fell on Thanksgiving Day. I went by the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they couldn’t find it, but was assured it was in the building and not mid delivered. I went in to Lapels and the nice lady Liza was at the front counter. I brought in 12 items(10 shirts, and 2 pants) I asked her how much for the shirts to get pressed only she advised me it was only $3.68 but on $0.25 more to dry clean and press, so I agreed. Then she told me it was $7.68 for pants for press only and $0.25 more for dry cleaning, in which I agreed also to do. Fast forward to pick up day and Liza was there. Disappointed! I have been a customer of your laundromat for 6 yrs. When I first began to use your business, there was single, double and triple louder readily available. Alongside 20+ functional dryers. Now, everything is broken! The majority of the machines are out of order and the longer I continue to patron this business, the more it gets worse.
I had a brand new cashmere sweater that had oily stains on it and I thank God for Ryan and Lapel's Dry Cleaners. They got out all of the stains. Thank you, Ryan, and Lapel's for your excellent customer service!
