The most amazing thing happen not long ago with THE BEST DRY CLEANERS ever in my my long experience. I have had envelopes attached to my delivered clothing w Change inside BUT this time I almost did't open the envelope and to my surprise there inside were 5 $100 dollar bills just as I had folded and left in my pocket and forgot about This speaks volumes about LAPELS employees especially in these days and times Thanks to all involved FIVE STAR INTEGRITY JV
Absolutely horrible service
I have been long time customer for Lapels. But last few times have been very disappointing. First, I have noticed that they ask that we give them our rewards points coupon at the drop of time, which I have done. But both instances I had to remind them that I had a coupon. Secondly, last time I was told that I can't use both coupons at the same time. No where on the coupon there is such disclaimer and besides its my Rewards coupon. The staff at lapels are awesome! I had a last minute family emergency and needed a suit cleaned quickly over the holiday weekend. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
Unbelievable… several incidents of my items not coming back correctly done. I have to write on the clothing labels “dry clean only” or they will launder them. I was told that the people on the back determine by the label which items are laundered or dry cleaned. When I request my clothing to be dry cleaned that is what the process should be!! Congratulations! After 5 years of being a loyal customer, you folks have offered fewer and fewer options for me to continue doing business with you. I depart for work earlier at 6:00 am each day of the week. You recently started to close to services that would have allowed me to drop off my clothing for cleaning during lunch. And, today I was informed that you would no longer accept drop offs of clothing after 2 PM. EVERY order we have brought to them....THEY DO IT RIGHT!!! If you haven't tried Lapels try them and they will AMAZE you!
Place is a rip-off. Dropped off 4 LLBean shirts for wash and press when I picked them up was told 2 shirts were dry cleaned! For double the price. I've had those shirts washed and pressed hundreds of times with no problem except here! I was told that they wouldn't fit in there pressing machines. Spoke to manager and was basically told tough nuts. $22.55 for 4 shirts!!!!
Find another dry cleaner! This place is a rip off. Dropped off 4 shirts and said wash and press when I picked them up my bill was $22.55? I was told that 2 of my shirts were dry cleaned because they wouldn't fit in there pressing machine? These are LL Bean shirts and I've had them cleaned hundreds of times at cleaners in NY and in Fort Mill always changed the going rate which is $1.50 cheaper than here. Manager basically told me tough nuts!!!!
