The seamstress ruined my gown that I was going to wear to my nieces wedding!! Horrible! Took at least 3 inches off after we noticed the dreadful mistake , she tried to fix it by sewing the 3inches of material back on!!! The gown is ruined & they gave me my 55$ back!! I received several coupons directly from Lapels Gilroy. However, when I went to the store to use them, they said they were no longer accepting them. If businesses stop honoring the coupons, they should take down the ad. This is misleading to customers.

I am extremely impressed by the level of service that I experienced at the Lapels location in Marshfield this week. I was a bit frazzled as I was desperately trying to get my son’ suit serviced for my Mom’s wake and on the next day. I had tried 3 other dry cleaners to no avail. Kimberly (the owner), got it done while I waited. Next level service! Thank you!

Everything about Lapels is positive. Customer service is exceptional. Began using Lapels after a fall and unable to use stairs but seriously considering continuing their service. Can't think of a reason not to.
