I came in with four shirts that were damaged with some type of ink/paint stain while inside a canvas suit bag. Your professional made a very thorough effort to remove the spots. She tried on the white cotton shirt first, she was able to get it to lighten up, but not completely remove it. She indicated that if she tried to do the stains on the other shirts that different fabrics they would just bleed. I was not charged. Your people communicated with me quite efficiently. Pants cleaned. Took a hat in for cleaning; it was still dirty. Took back in for cleaning. Upon picking it up they said they refused to clean it. Why didn't they say that when I picked up the first time. Poor communication.
