My experience goes like this. I dropped off 3 items to be dry cleaned. I requested a certain pick up date which Lapels said they could accommodate. The day and time came for me to pick up said items. When I arrived only 1 of the 3 items were ready. Paula worked with me to make things right. I did have to drive to another location to pick up my other 2 items. In the end everything worked out and I appreciate Lapels stepping up to make things right. Will use Again!
Had my son's Air Force ROTC uniform dry cleaned. He passed inspection! Great job and thank you to Lapels!
