My clothes were clean and my garment was ready quickly in 1 day but the pricing was extremely high. Almost $9 for 1 item (thin cotton suit jacket with no stains). If this was an all natural dry cleaning service that used organic cleaning agents that were non-allergenic and had no smell, that cost might be justified. The only other thing that I might recommend is if the person working was at the front counter to greet customers coming in. Both times I went, the gal working was in the back. My first visit with Lapels Dry Cleaners. The lady at the counter was very friendly and I found that they also do alterations. I was very pleased to hear that. I dropped off the garment that needed dry cleaning and I received an email that the garment was ready for pickup 2 days later. The cost was cheaper than any other dry cleaners that I have used in the past. I highly recommend them for your dry cleaning needs. Very satisfied with them.
