Didn’t clean shirts as wanted with small amount starch and your price per shirt is astronomical! And ridiculous. We will not be returning !

I had a white suit cleaned. It came back with a big red spot and a black spot. I paid $27. I was very disappointed. I can’t wear it again. Very disappointed

I was greeted immediately when I walked in. The transaction was quick and accurate where my items were retrieved quickly and the clothes were cleaned and pressed exactly how I had requested. I feel like my garments were processed with great care then “packaged” nicely. Over all experience was a great one! This was my first time at Lapels and they now have a constant customer. Thank you!
