Dropped off a jacket with some stains from spilled soup. The employee seemed about as interested as a wooden board. Received the jacket back today with the stains on it and a bill. The employee came out greeting me while cursing under her breath and so I wasn't about to bring up the stains to her. I'll never go back again.

My robe was spotless and pressed to the "t".
My items were promised in a Thursday, they were not ready until a week later. A cost estimate was not given, which I should have asked for, but the price was more than triple the most recent cost at another cleaners.
There was a problem with my bill where someone else clothes was attached to my bill. But the you g lady and I got it straight.
Great! Everything completed at the promised date!
