It was my first experience with new owner. Frankly, I was disappointed. My clothes were promised for FRIDAY. When I went by SATURDAY to collect them, I was simply told they were not ready. There was no apology and no explanation. Also, I asked for certain shirts to be separate from others but when I collected them they were not separated as I had asked.
