Great service and quality. The new owners are doing a fabulous job...very personable and responsive. It's so nice to walk in and they remember you and often times the articles of clothing you brought in! Highly recommend!

I dropped off 6 items and was told it would be done the next day. I went to pick it up, they weren't done. They told me to come back in another couple of days, which I did. They told me rudely that four of the six items were done, but my daughters dresses needed another couple of days due to it had "a lot of layers". I told them to keep it as long as they need as long as I'm not charged extra. I gave them 5 days, didn't hear back, so I went in. It's not done. I was told they'd call me. A WEEK later, I go in. Dry cleaning was not done on time. Wasn't competed until 4 days after the day it was supposed to be done. Ironing on shirt collars was sloppy and corners were wrinkled up. Definitely not satisfied and will likely go else where in the future.
