Dropped off 11 shirts and 1 dress on Monday and was told they would be ready Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday at 2PM I was called saying they weren't ready. After discussions they said some would be ready on Wednesday bust the rest would be ready Thursday. I picked up 5 shirts on Wednesday and was promised everything else would be ready Thursday. Every single time I step foot in the store they can’t find my items or they’re not ready. Totally disorganized and wouldn’t trust them with anything expensive. Each visit is well over twenty minutes just to pick up!
