All work was completed as requested and with in the time I was told it would be ready. I was totally satisfied and looking forward to doing business with them in the future .

The woman @ the register barely looked at me when I came in both to drop off & pick up. No friendliness or smile, just kept working on her 'puter without any "I'll be with you soon." She seemed depressed compared to other customer service people. I pitied her. I won't b coming back here esp in light of the cold reception I got. Very unpleasant experience. No thank you at all for choosing Lapels. She wasn't trained in how to treat the public. Very bad 4 your image.

I left clothing to altered and was told I would be called when it was completed. I never got a call. I called and found out they had be completed several weeks before. I thought the cost was high. I have yet to wear the shorts to see if I am satisfied.
