I’ve been going here for the last 10yrs and have had zero problems whatsoever until this past week. I dropped my clothes off on Wednesday and asked specifically if they’d be ready by Saturday as I was planning to go out of town. The employee Said yes they would be ready. I arrived Saturday and only half of my stuff was ready. First world problems I get it, but it was the Complete lack of concern that the employee had for my belongings that pissed me off.
