The personnel were very pleasant and professional but the slip covers I brought in were still spotted and dirty on the arms. I was kind of hoping you would’ve come out better

Very pleasant customer service. I received a call about a forgotten jacket I left there months ago! It took me a week to go pick it up after the phone call, and they were very understanding. They always do a great job, and I am thrilled that the business is environmentally friendly!

Your customer service area looks and feels shabby. Examples include: a) those plastic laundry baskets just strewn in the corner; b) the tacky hand written hours of operation sign posted in the front window; c) the coat hanger recycle area always looks messy and disorderly.
