I had a bad experience the very first time as a new customer when I went to pick up my clothes on the day an time that they told me my clothes would be ready an when I got there on time none of my clothes was ready so I had to make other arrangements to provide clothing to carry with me on a trip out of town which the ones I had in the cleaners was the ones that I needed to take on my trip with me so I had to change my attire to meet my obligations as expected on my trip so I was very displeased with the service from the beg... read more

Woman there DEPRESSED, no matter how hard I tried to cheer... x2 dropoff & pickup! PLUS! I lived in Wilmington NC... cost of DC a sweater $3.50... LAPELS... B & MB TWICE COST! explained to me in NMB, “that we can charge more cause Live At Beach!!!
