I have always dealt with Matt on all my weekly visits since the buy out. Matt is extremely helpful and friendly. He has coorporated and helped me every visit on Fridays, for drop off and pick up. I am disabled with much difficulty walking. If Matt senses my distress he has offered on many occasions to take my clothes to the car, unless there were other customers and could not, which I totally understand. Thank Matt!

Ok articles were clean but your price was outrageous

60% wouldn’t be a passing grade in high school and it’s not a passing grade now. A representative from Lapels will be reaching out to see how we can improve our service!
The people act like you aren’t there or you are an inconvenience to them. Turn around time is best 3 days and had 2 shirts ruined last visit. Hopes it had changed but no luck.
