On of my blouses still had the same spot on it as when I brought it. I also asked about the VIP pricing that I had previously received and the associate said that she didn’t see it in the computer.

I’ve been looking for a local provider for my dry cleaning and laundry and was attracted to the online summaries of this particular establishment. On my first experience with them they missed the delivery time, lost one piece, and have failed to have someone return my phone call after asking on several occasions. What should have been 1 pickup visit is up to four. This has been an inconvenience and disappointment. I would not recommend them because of their ineptness and lack of follow up.
