You wanted to keep a blouse because it had a spot on it. It wasn’t ready when you said it would be.....twice. That was in addition to the original date. I was told that the manager would call me....twice. No call from the manager. A call saying the blouse was ready. Businesses are only as good as the customer service it provides. I was told the manager would make all the delays right. Nothing.
I had a rush on Two coats needing to be pressed in a rush.The nice clerk said no problem and had the coats pressed as I waited with in 5 minutes.I was shocked amazed and please all at the same time. They will get all my business and I will highly recommend them.Job well done. Thanks
