Kona Cleaners always goes the extra mile even when it comes to specialty items. Their standard dry cleaning service is one of the best I've seen, and the communication via email when your order is ready is extremely convenient. I have brought specialty garments in for adhesive removal and they always take the time on the garment to get it right, per my request.

My experiences at Kona Cleaners are always great! They do a fantastic job with my suits and dress shirts. Laly and the entire staff are always super friendly! Kona Cleaner's are professional, timely and really good at what they do.

Great service. Very nice costumer service representative. A bit warm though inside. Would be great to have air conditioning on a hot day.
On the plus side, the people are pretty nice and they usually perform as promised. On the minus side, they've ruined probably 4 articles of clothing over the last 2 years, and my buttons fall off pretty regularly. After some discussions, I'm usually able to get a fairly reasonable credit on future cleaning for the damaged items.
They had a quick turn around time and their service was great.
