Loving the digital aspect of Kona cleaners i.e. receiving email when order is ready. No other dry cleaner has done that for me.

I came in on Saturday August 2nd to drop off a brand new pair of blue linen shorts that had some tree or green stains on the bottom from when I sat on a friends outdoor chair. Honestly my wife had had some poor experiences at this location (1813 E. Orangethorpe Ave. Placentia, CA 92870), but I had not taken in anything so I decided to give it a shot. Every time I go to Kona Cleaners I always receive superb customer service. The items I have taken have always come back great. The clerk, Maria, has always been helpful and is a wonderful employee. I will continue to use Kona Cleaners for my dry cleaning.
Kona Cleaners has been great! I haven't had any issues - they're timely and very kind whenever I go there! Laura is great! Very friendly! My clothes are always clean, pressed, and looking sharp! My husband likes how they do his shirts and pants for work - he needs to look very professional and Kona helps us maintain his business clothes like new! Thank you, Kona!
