great service
“Fantastic Cleaners! Great counter service, good turnaround time. Always does a great job cleaning my clothes! Kona is the Best cleaners in Newport Beach.”
Always a great experience. Very nice staff and my clothes are always there.
I met a very nice young man who helped me with my laundry for Fluff and Fold at your Orange store. Maria then telephoned me at home to make sure all of the information was correct for delivery purposes. Maria was delightful and very professional. She said my clothes would arrive the following Thursday, however I was extremely happy when they arrived on Monday instead. This was a wonderful surprise. I will continue to use your Fluff and Fold service.
Excellent service. Great quality of work And everyone is always friendly when I come in.
Always friendly and accommodating
Once we got the communication established with the driver (2 phone calls to Kona), all went well. Hope it continues.
From beginning to end it was a pleasant and efficient experience. The counter person was personable and charming. My trousers were done perfectly. I suddenly realize that I need to visit Kona Cleaners more often.
Come into your store on the afternoon of the 04/03/15. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great service in that you receive a text message when the items are ready to pick up. Great prices! Will definitely be coming back!
