Prices have increased so much I can no longer afford your services. Two twin bed size, thin quilts were $60.00. I should have asked what your price would be before I left the quilts. Costly lesson for me.

Consistently find dirt/grease/residue on the collar of shirts from the hangers. There are creases left in the collars. Paying for a dry cleaning service just to make a return trip and get it fixed, defeats the purpose. This is not the first time I will have to come back and ask for the collar(s) to be cleaned.

I’m so glad you asked me for a review. I have been using this Cleaners for 20 years plus when it was Environmental cleaners, and when it switched to Sams, cleaners or vice a versa. Now it’s become Kona cleaners which I like it and I like the people, and everything’s fine except!!! I think you need to change the plastic bags without your logo back to just clear bags. You probably would save a lot of money doing this. We don’t need to see the logo on your the bags that go over the clothes. When I go to my closet to pick somet... read more

I brought in a beanie to be dry cleaned and I picked it up this morning and paid $10 and change, which was more expensive than a pair of pants to dry clean. When I got home and looked at the beanie, it had debris in the fabric and it was stretched out. Not what I expected at all.

The worst, they charge you for things that don't belong to you and won't credit you back. They lose your shirts and won't do a thing about it. They charged me for over 700 dollars for table clothes that aren't mine and will not refund.me back

My jacket was supposed to be ready on Monday the 4th at 5pm. I went to pick it up that day and they told me they needed two more days. I'm totally upset and I won't be using the service again

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off uniforms and requested specifically military press and the “v” on the collar. They got it right the first time but the second time it was a mess and I only got four shirts back instead of five. I asked the male employee to have them fixed at the time of pick up since I needed them for work and would not be able to leave them and pick them up Monday. Male refused to fix them now at the time of pick up. This is why I left Kona cleaners in the first place. Their work is very inc... read more

Not explained the extra cost for designer clothing. Charged $30 + to clean a polo style shirt. Would have declined the service had I known since it’s nothing special about the shirt

I've been on the route for a while. Almost always send out something. A few weeks ago, my purple bag wasn't delivered with my dry cleaning return. I visited in person to drop-off and told them. I called and asked for a new bag. Then, I visited again in person to ask for a purple bag. Still haven't received one. So, I guess I need to find a new drycleaner.
