Jossetine provides excellent service. She shows personal interest and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with every item in our order. Cleaning mistakes are rare but when they happen she makes it right.

The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and helpful. I brought two skirts to be shortened. He measured exactly the length I wanted. He said they would be ready by Saturday and they were ready on Thursday. I am pleased with the results.

It is too early to rate. I just had my first visit. You just need to maintain the excellent service that the previous owners gave. My name is spelled Johnnie not Johnny so it would help if you could at least get your customer's name spelled correctly. I gave them my card with my name spelled correctly.
