I have been using Kona Cleaners for more than 6 years. The staff is always friendly and professional. My clothes have always been ready on time, or before the promised time. The only issue I ever had was with a shirt that was lost. They replaced it without question.

My overall experience was very Good! The people seem very nice and professional. The only downside if any was the wait time. Thank You Kona Cleaners!

I love this place. Not only is the dry cleaning service the best but the customer service is outstanding. I had some of my clothing repaired they did a superb sewing job. I have to drive from Diamond Bar to the location on Richfield but so worth it.

I would like to commend the associate who entertained me when I came in and all the staff responsible for a job well.Also a big thank you for the guy who did the alterations on my dress pants! Thanks Kona Cleaners for a wonderful business experience.

It was unsettling going into my local cleaners and not seeing a familiar face and seeing the construction being done. I asked if they were new and where the other lady had gone they told me she now worked for them I will try them again

My clothes always seem to be very cleaned when I pick them up. They have lots of coupons too. I believe it was Kala at the Costa Mesa location who is always so nice. These guys do a good job
