They have done a great job on just my normal cleaning needs but have done some fantastic jobs at getting out stains and marks that I thought would not come out. Usually my clothes are done a day before even promised. I would recommend Kona to anyone with normal and especially a difficult cleaning need.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Even with dealing with three different persons at the counter they seemed to remember me whenever I come in! I love the ease on communications with the email notifications when I drop off, orders ready and payment receipts too, I am not always looking for a piece of paper. Price is reasonable and they seemed to always have good deals too.

I HAVE A SPECIAL WHITE SHIRT THAT GOT SEVERAL STAINS ON IT. I TOOK IT TO SEVERAL DIFFERANT CLEANERS ,BUT NO ONE COULD GET THE STAINS OUT, I WAS DRIVING BY YOUR STORE ON TAFT AND THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE YOU A TRY NOT ONLY DID YOU GET THE STAINS OUT, BUT NEXT TIME I WORE IT I GOT SOME SMALL WINE STAINS AND YOU GOT THEM OUT TOO! YOU ARE BY FAR THE BEST CLEANERS I HAVE EVER USED. YOU GOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

I typically treat dry cleaning services somewhat like a commodity. In other words, no establishment really offered me anything special (pricing aside). Then I moved to the area about a year and a half ago and started coming here based on proximity alone. I couldn't have been luckier to stumble upon Kona Cleaners! Everyone who works here is always tremendously nice and helpful! My orders are almost always completed sooner than quoted. If I need my order the same day, they can accommodate me as well. Kona is not near my home, but worth the trip. The paperless notifications are so convenient and are great! The staff is very friendly and Laura & Laly are very friendly and personal.. Wonderful service!

The customer service is great and the staff are all very friendly and remember my name. I strongly encourage the management and the industry in general to pioneer ways to drastically reduce the use of excess packaging of finished clothing, especially the plastic. Even though some of it is readily recyclable, reducing the use of resources in the first place is crucial as we face the over taxing of our limited resources.
