I had two pants dry cleaned and a pair of shoes shined. The pants were dry cleaned perfectly and my shoes look brand new. My order was ready 2 days before schedule. Both pick up and drop off were a breeze.

The cleaning was good and the price was very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was somewhat slow. It took 4 days to do 3 shirts. Even so, I was satisfied and I'll be back again.

Friendly and helpful service. The clothing was ready when promised. I'm a new customer and was looking for a reputable place for my husband's dry cleaning. He has expensive shirts and requires special service and Kona was able to accommodate us. The pricing a comparable, but a bit more than previous places I've used.

Was very easy to drop off and pick up. Having the email notification really is great customer service. The facility is large and the staff is friendly. You are now my dry cleaners....!!!

So far so good. You bought the business from a gal I have been going to for 17 years and I adore her and her staff. Hard to change of course. However, I am thrilled with your communication and emails!! Best to you!

It was convenient to receive an email saying that my dry cleaning was ready because it was actually ready a day before scheduled.
