I signed up online. The next day I dropped off my laundry at the Placentia store. A few days later I received an email notification. I returned to the store, presented my claim ticket, and walked away with my stuff. No cash needed- it automatically went to the credit card assigned to my account. That same day I received an email sales receipt. It was crazy easy and fast. The cleaning and pressing were excellent. Easily the best value for the buck that I've ever had with any cleaner.
Staff was personable and extremely helpful. Clothes were ready when we they advised and confirmations were sent accordingly. Also the bilingual abilities were a HUGE plus! Thanks for making it easy :)
I had an expensive Nat Nast shirt damaged in the process of being dry cleaned and Kona Cleaners gave me a credit of $80 which was a fair and generous concession. They did attempt to remedy the problem first by re-cleaning and even did it a second time, but unfortunately without success. They were very apologetic and professional in handling this problem and arriving at a mutually acceptable resolution.

Great, first time coming in and you did an absolutely wonderful job on cleaning my hallway rug, it looks brand new. I have already started recommending you to friends and family. I have also liked you on facebook. We don't do much dry cleaning, but we will certainly come to you when we do.
Every time I come into Kona I am greeted with a smile. The service and turn around timing on my clothes is always impeccable. They even rush certain items for me if I need them before a certain date. Other Dry-cleaners don't do this. I look forward to continue using them for years to come!

Josseline at the Huntington Beach location has been so amazing to me. For a little bit I was having trouble with the pressing of dress shirts & she took care of every time. Her personality is always cheerful.
