Was recommended to try kona from my girlfriend. Fast and exceeded expectations. I love how email notifications are sent to me from start to finish of cleaning process.
I have nothing but good to say. Everything comes back beautiful and if I have any questions, I have an immediate response either by phone or email. Having someone come to pick up our dry cleaning at our home and returning it on the promised day has truly been a wonderful experience!

My first trip to Kona Cleaners was amazing. I went in to drop off and was out within a few minutes. Was offered two different pick up times, no price difference, just preference. I chose the sooner pick up time. Was delightfully surprised that it was done FASTER than quoted, and I got a nifty email update letting me know it was available for pick up 8 hours before the quoted time. Absolutely wonderful! I had come into your store in the past and the very same person had assisted me Sandy! This time I bought in a dress to be hemmed up a couple of inches. For someone that doesn't sew or even own a machine it can be a daunting task to do. The price was good. I was supposed to pick it up this coming Wednesday instead it was done last Saturday. Yay!
I love this cleaner!!! Friendly customer service and my dry cleaning is perfect!! No lost pieces. Their seamstress that does alterations also is fantastic!!!
