Kona staff are always friendly, fast and efficient! Love this place!!
Dry Cleaning is perfect. But the first time I had alterations, it was not done the first time. I have to go back twice before the alterations were done.
Maria, everyone is very pleasant, professional, happy to help. Typically our clothes are all ready for pick up a day or two before we need them back. Which is excellent service. The prices are more than reasonable. I have had buttons replaced also, without having to ask when I forgot. I only have one complaint, it you can call it that. We love Kona Cleaners!! The ladies always have smiles on their faces and are always so welcoming. This last visit I told them I needed a dress ready for a friends wedding in two days,she made sure it was ready that next day so I didn't worry. I always recommend them.

This is the only place I take my clothes to. Their service is exceptional and they always greet me with a smile. They are very clean, very organized, and they go above and beyond my expectations. Doing all the paperwork digitally is great! Not only does it save time but it's so much easier to deal with. They always have my stuff ready early which I love! I definitely recommend this place.
Excellent cleaners - they are pricey but always seem to remove stains no one else can. Worth the extra money if garment is damaged and the service is always excellent.
