Lolly is just wonderful!!!! She is so kind and respectful and so knowledgeable - she will bend over backwards to make sure my order comes out perfectly!!! Please take good care of her- she is a sweetheart and has a great attitude!!! Also - many times I need attention paid to under arm odors- eveytime the garment has to be sent back to be cleaned over again- please try to improve addressing the under arm odor issues-PLEASE - I would be so grateful
Business response:
Hi Kathy, Thank you for your feedback. Lally is great, we just love her! I will make note of your concerns with our cleaning department to make sure we try to improve on this. Thank you for letting us know.
As always I am very, very please with the quick and wonderful cleaning you provide. I am always pleased with your amazing staff and personal service. This includes the front desk with Vivian, Sandy, Oscar, and others and Lee in the sewing department and in the back department there is my special helper Reyes and all the others that take such good care of me and my husbands cloths. Thank you and Happy New Year
Very quick and painless!
Awesome service! Friendly folks!
You guys are great! Always friendly, you always see me coming and know who I am - very helpful and always cheery. Love my Kona card and appreciate you always giving me the benefit of the doubt when I "lose" items. Keep up the good work!
The staff at Kona, Costa Mesa have always been polite, friendly and helpful. My family has been a patron for more years than I can remeber and we have no intent of going elsewhere. I literally feel like part of the family. Their service is next to none and they always surprise me wiht their quick turn-around time.
Business response:
Bruce, we do consider you part of the family! Thank you for your kind words!
Paularino crew is the best....
Every thing was great except I think that you're some what over priced.
Laura and Lilly are fantastic, Lily went out of her way to help me, when she should have been finished for the day. Excellent service, thank you.
