All had been great until we dropped off a comforter and pillow shams. The order is somehow displace and may be at the other store, double charged and perhaps lost.... We have never had issues before so we are sure you will resolve and let us know what is going on with this order. Normally would be 5 stars

rain or shine pickup and delivery has occurred on the scheduled dates. The delivery person has always made sure that the clothing is left in a protected environment. I have met him on several occasions and he is always cheerful and pleasant.
